wow, that would rule. altho unless you're a multi-billionaire, one could never afford to maintain the upkeep on that...or for that matter, fly it regularly.

but damn, it'd be cool to say yeah..that's my F-18 there.

this is not a "fuck you" post, i'll save that thought for later on. i think about only one person on this blog will get that. anyway. see, originally i started this whole thing as a place to share grief over things we hate about work. hence the title. but mainly for everyone on here to share concerns, news, or something funny. never did i intend it to be a diatribe on morality or religion. while i welcome open debate on items, it seems to have degraded into childish bickering and whatnot. don't point fingers at one another...you all can point at yourself for either starting or carrying on with the same antics. don't give me the bullshit "but THEY started it." i don't give a shit who started what.

so if someone posts an open complaint about not liking something, you have two options:
1. politely interject a thought. make them understand YOUR point of view too.
2. if it annoys you. igonre it and move on. i should hope that's not too difficult. if it is....don't read the blog everyday then. if you continue to read this voluntarily and you get pissed off....it's your own damn fault.

if you want to discuss something, great, i love a good discussion. but, please, follow some ground rules:
1. state what you want people to talk about.
2. start the argument yourself, don't let someone else start and then attack.
3. if you're looking for some kind of goal...state it...don't just go: euthanasia good or bad? people will gladly give you their opinion, not a thought out thesis paper.

alright. now, if this pisses you off and whatnot....i don't give a damn. i'm tired of seeing adults bicker back and forth with stupid retorts. if it continues...this goes bye-bye and it becomes my daily log o' shit...go yell at each other on the playground.
I don't carry an umbrella, Thats what I have you people for. Oh and I don't know what the hell everyone has been talking about (well not completely anyways), But remeber these 10 simple rules and facts of the game (life) the next time you have something to ponder over....

1. Might makes right.
2. He who has the gold makes the rules.
3. Fear or respect. They both get the results.
4. Everything is stratagy.
5. Never sit with your back to the crowd.
6. Speak softly and carry a big stick.
7. It doesn't matter what she says, size does matter.
8. If a tree falls in the woods it doesn't f#@king matter if it makes a noise, it only matters if your standing under it or not.
9. History is written by the winner.
10. And the answer is 42.
jen, i'm glad you've mastered the completely fucking obvious and have been heaven sent to spread the good news to all of us. really, its fantastic. whats next, reminding me to carry an umbrella when they're calling for rain?

whatever. good night.
hey, hooray for you, i'm glad you enjoy your job. i try to keep my mouth shut about it and get my work done. and plan ahead. and cruise scalp with d squared.
and then there's complete and total loathing for how you spend over a third of your week.

and then there's this: From a brochure of a car rental firm in Tokyo: When passenger of foot heave in sight, tootle the horn. Trumpet him melodiously at first, but if he still obstacles your passage then tootle him with vigor.
wow, that devil's advocate post was only about four hours late. but BETTER LATE THAN NEVER. well, we'll all snap to it and start enjoying what we do have! thanks so much, i never thought of that before.
my goodness, is that a man or a woman modeling that shirt? be afraid, be very afraid.
you know gabe, in the new economy, there is no quittin time. its a 24/7 enterprise, and if you're not willing to sell your soul, er, i mean, give your all, then you're not living up to your end of the bargain!
i have no response to any inqueries. 408 server error. the topic of work and fulfillment is not one you need to hear any more whining about from me. anyone have a noose?
while i find those facts enlightening and interesting, i'd really like to know who the other countries are and where they stand in the world? yes, the US population spends lots of time at work, and i used to do the same but no longer. while lately i can say that getting up and going to work has NOT been as high on my list as it used to be. but after doing some thinking about that, i realized why i've come to dislike going to work. it's not because it's keeping me from doing the things i like, because, i'm still making time for myself to do what i enjoy. but i think why i've come to feel the way i do about work is because, i'm not busy or interested in what i'm working on. sad as it may be, i miss the days of getting up and knowing i had something definitive to get done that day. now, i get up and think of something that i can do to pass the day along. i know i definately don't fall into that statistic down there. regardless of how busy i am at work, i made sure i took a vacation every summer. so, will i have time to take a vacation this year....hell yes! and i'll be taking two of them...maybe even three!!!

work is what you make of it. if you hate it, quit, find what you want to do. if you don't, you keep working and make time for yourself.

i guess i'll have to take some unpaid leave to go try out for hey mercedes... man, that would be a dream come true
i wonder if hey mercedes will audition people like limp bizkit has been auditioning people? probably not. it doesn't surprise me that mark left the band, he was the fourth man in from the beginning and, at the shows i saw 'em at, he never really seemed to fit in with the other guys. he strikes me as more of a throwback to the heavier rock bands, you know, drink a lot before, during, and after the show and be all hard-assed.

ah, what a joy to wake up this morning and come in to work. i'm bursting with expectation and can't wait to see how fulfilled i'll be at the end of the day!

CPR: 12% PPR: 82% now spinning: nothing.
