wow, so at the moment, the lunch should be longer 2003 rebirth lasted approximately... less than two days!

for those of you wondering when you might get to see Far From Heaven, one of the most critically acclaimed films of 2002, it is showing at the Westwood Plaza Theater at 6:00 PM this week. rock!!!

one last thing- i think, as a result of my arms and wrists being tenderized by snowboarding on monday, i am feeling some intense "carpal tunnel" like sore muscles in my wrists and lower arms. perhaps i should use "voice recognition software" the rest of the winter!
let me add- that filling last monday seems to be hurting me more each passing day! yesterday and today the hot and cold sensitivity have been off the charts- which is sorta good, because it has finally driven me to start using Flouride rinse nightly.

Paul- get ye to the dentists with much haste!!!
every time i play, i become a bigger and bigger fan of Go. it promotes logical (and perhaps to an extent) abstract thought. it is peaceful, almost contemplative. the mere act of playing makes me want to be a more patient and thoughtful person.

and then i compare this to a more standard lunchtime game, like Quake or Unreal Tournament... blood, guts, and I tend to come away from it feeling very angry and hoping that no one heard me cursing.

the Snickers Cruncher is a favorite of mine- and the reason I thought that maybe the almond snickers would be good... however, the almond snickers was short on almonds and long on nougat, or whatever that powder-puff like stuff is that was in it.

however, i did discover a great sandwich at Sheetz last night- the Hot Turkey on a Pretzel roll. I got mine with provolone, ranch dressing, and bacon- and it was really good. I highly recommend it. Its very similar to a Jim Carrey sandwich at the Westwood Theater, but the Jim Carrey is in a wrap, and has a few garden toppings as well, giving it the edge.
clearly, the Snickers Cruncher is the overall winner here in the food category. I find copious amounts of joy whenst eating a Cruncher. I wish I had an animated icon to shake the word "Cruncher." It would truly add a wonderful effect those reading.

if you were thinking of trying a new "Almond Snickers", I would not recommend it. its not as bad as "Pepsi Blue", but its not necessary. Now, Almond Hershey Kisses, on the other hand, are something I can back fully.
