good old mcdonald's. when i was a kid, my family had an intense history of always getting HORRIBLE drive-thru service at wendy's. every trip we ever took, if we had to stop at a wendy's drive-thru, we'd always end up parking to check our orders, after which my dad would angrily storm into the store with a list of our messed up orders.
