wow, so yesterday was quite the day. all the beautiful snow, it rules!! so i'm going to try to make a delectable treat from all this snow that we have received, it's called snow cream. amy told me about this last night and i thought she was crazy, but it actually sounds pretty darn tasty. so i'll try to mix some up tonight and if it's good...i'll bring some in tomorrow. yet what is really crazy is that this recipe comes from the deep south...quite odd indeed.

i still can't believe how bad roads are out there today, it looks like some roads haven't even been plowed and you can see where some of the poor fools have gone off the road. tis a crazy thing indeed! now why on earth didn't we have this like two weeks ago when it was christmas?!!?!
