Lunch Should Be Longer

Work, Home, Rest, and Play...it's always a great day at work...

i went to take a shower this morning and in the bathroom sink at the hotel were the two roses i had purchased for amy the night before. they had withered over the course of the night and i attempted to save them by soaking the stems in the sink. however that had no useful effect on them and they continued to wither. so i got to thinking about a story called "Withered Roses" (or something like that) about fading love. i'll have to toy with the idea, see what i come up with, but i'm feeling very creative here right now.

i noticed this last friday while at the airport too. if you want to see humanity, sit in an airport terminal. you catch snipets of conversations, insights into people's lives, and just wonder the relations between people. brother, sister, mother, daughter, son, aunt, uncle, etc the list goes on. i found it absolutely fascinating and it just really awoke the creative urge inside.
